I know there were a couple of others with me, can remembering going to Aldershot in Landrover at stupid o’clock to get on 3 tonners to Boscombe Down. This was the second week. the others, probably 2, were most likely latest entries to Company, so considered expendable by the ‘old sweats’, am thinking they may have been Jimmy James, John Nimmo and/or Dominic Harkin. Though I do have a niggle that Dennis Banham was with us.
